Re: IBDoF: Want an Author or Books added?
When you have a moment, would you kindly complete the works of Mordecai Richler? The IBList section is complete for a list. Thanks

Hi Zybahn
I finally got around to your request. I finished inputting the works of Mordecai Richler. Anything else you would like put in, just let me know.

Re: IBDoF: Want an Author or Books added?
Please add the works of:
Louis L'Amour
Official website <http://www.louislamour.com/aboutlouis/biography.htm>.
J. T. Edson
website <http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/e/j-t-edson/>
After learning of this online database just a few weeks ago, please imagine my surprise to find neither of these authors were listed. Or at least my simple search did not find them. However, upon reflection, I suspect the data being provided is much more relevant to contemporary authors versus those who passed on years ago. Maybe there just are not as many 'ol' timers' around who are interested in old stories as there once was, but I suspect there may be many 'baby boomers' with the time on their hands now who may be looking such old works as these.
I know that as I approach retirement eligibility I am thinking a lot more about finishing many things I have been wanting to do for years, such as filling up my incomplete collections of reading material.

Hi Roy
Here is Louis L'Amour. I'm pretty sure it is complete or very near complete.
author_books.php?author=112
I am very interested in old and new books. I along with others on this website would like the database to be as complete as possible. I will work on J.T. Edson as soon as I can.

A very belated thank you. It's nice to see Mr. Richler's bibliography complete. At least the fiction.Terry wrote:Hi Zybahn

Looks awesome, but the image is blank.clong wrote:Here you go: http://ibdof.com/book.php?book=52185
(Started reading this on a whim & for a small press anthology it's not too bad. I usually avoid these type of collections as they tend to disappoint. I'll try to post a review when I'm done.)
Re: IBDoF: Want an Author or Books added?
I think that's because we pull book covers from amazon.com. While this book is available through amazon.ca, it doesn't seem to be listed at amazon.com.Zybahn wrote:Looks awesome, but the image is blank.clong wrote:Here you go: http://ibdof.com/book.php?book=52185

I finally added J.T. Edson plus 100 plus books for you readers that like old serial westerns and a bunch of series. Not quite done with him. Also, does anyone know if he's still alive?

Re: IBDoF: Want an Author or Books added?
I added Mickey Spillane and all his books except I am still working on his collections and anthologies. I have added a lot of authors, because I am adding mystery anthologies. Then I am trying to go back and fill in the authors' other books, but it is taking time.
