Sure, why not? I haven't had a Grandma for over 20 years.

Do you make pies from scratch? (It's what I missed the most when my grandmothers passed away.)

It's the homemade bread pudding and cinnamon rolls I miss.

I bake from scratch, but I've never mastered pie crust; I go to my sister and my younger daughter for that. Cho can have her cinnamon rolls, but I've never tried bread pudding.

If Laurie insists, I'll work on the pie crust.

You can be a patriarch, but not the pnly one in the family. You will have to share it with Cho, Laurie, Mccormack and, er, everyone else in the family.

BTW, what is our family name? (Smith, Johnson...)

I find it amusing that everyone that you name is female...

They are teasing you, GG. A patriarch is the male head of household.

The matriarch is the female head of the household.

So Sue would be our matriarch.

So, if Edge is our Patriarch, he'd be like the dad figure.

Heh heh heh

Edge--go for it--Heh heh heh

OOOoooooh

You're gonna get it AGAIN--you called Edge "Mum."

Get a magazine and stick it down the back of your pants--it will absorbe the bulk of the force of the blow.

Nope, Edge has to be the mum, cos everyone knows if he wasn't, he would be the hen pecked husband. And I have my Kevin to protect me. Also, Frank, Horris Herbet, Keith and the rest of the gang want to become my godparents.

Actually, as patriarch, I'm the one does the protecting!

Kevin, Frank, Horris Herbet, Keith, Tom, Dick and Harry better tread damn carefully around you or they'll be answering to me! :hot2:

And in case you hadn't noticed, I don't 'do' hen-pecked. :P

Well I don't do being told what to do by anyone other than CHo, my Pirate Mummy/sister/sister in law/cousin/cousin in law.

Frank the Bunny keeps telling me to 'REDRUM!'
Don't tell me I'm too young to be able to do THAT

Fortunate, then, that I have Cho's unqualified support and approval. :D

And no, you're not too young to do that; but you are far too sensible and wise. I have complete faith in you to make the right decisions about redruming. :)

Now... excuse me, I need to have a private word with Frank the Bunny...
