Why would someone's body be broiled? Miles had been AWOL to take care of a Dendarii problem on Earth that resulted in a wine shop on fire. Miles dove in to rescue to wine shop owner and the wine shop exploded into flame just as Miles staggered through the door.

All correct, including the bonus. Though I would have said the therapist concluded Cordelia was an agent for Negri, without even knowing she was one, rather than being crazy, but it was indeed Cordelia with the Betan therapist so you get one and a half sherlock and the next question.

Well, I must say, it went incredibly fast these past 2-3 turns.
Usually it takes a little bit more (my previous EoA quote waited enough for me to propose a longer version).

Maybe you can try your chance on the still open bonus to that question: find two instances of characters compared to females of the Panthera genus, besides Quinn the Tigress in EoA.
(instance = book, character, species, context).
I know of three such instances, involving two different characters and two different species. It is OK if you give twice the same character or twice the same species provided you give two instances. Since there may be more than three, please give the chapter, of if quoting by memeory, enough context that I can easily find it to check in case it is one that Idon't know of...

This test was a higher order of magnitude altogether. This Tester, perhaps, scorned the merely humanly possible. XXX tried to remember how long it had been since xxx'd prayed, or even believed. Never, xxx decided, like this. xxx'd never needed like this before . . .

I am also a Honor Harrington fan (not to the same level as an LMB fan, however), but I would not dream of proposing a David Weber Quote Game, just for the reason you pointed out.

That was just a joke, because of the word "Tester" which is the name the Greyson call their divinity.

For some reason, I thought the quote came from Miles, speaking to Harra in Memory, but I just double checked it and no, it's not. So, one possibility down, several hundred to go!

It is pure coincidence it also stands for the Lady with the treecat. This is definitely the LMBQG, no David Weber at all, it was just a joke I made because of "Tester" and because I had so much trouble finding it. I'm pretty sure I have it now narrowed to the book, but have to run now, no time to check.
