I thread-split the extended musical digression into a separate thread.

Oh, no worries, I won't. She says the poetry I write for school scares her enough.

She did find AC/DC and there was some problems over that. She said I caused a moral scene ! All I did was stand there and listen. She told daddy and daddy laughed and gave it back. He's more trusting, but I would never tell.

I do wish they could trust that a little more, but whatever. I'm used to hiding things.

Yeah, I'm sure they'd love to hear Damien by Iced Earth.

Hehe, I haven't heard it yet, but I have read the lyrics. I can't remember them, but I'm sure they wouldn't like it.

And you still need to post Last December somewhere....

I've yet to feel her mallet's wrath myself - perhaps I should start inserting sympathy-typos into my posts? :deviate: :P

You're my only example of proper proof-reading around here - other than myself, of course, but these barbarians obviously don't emulate ME.

Not really dear Kahrey, but bruises and scars from Spelling Mallets ARE great conversation openers in the library...
GIRL: (dropping a pile of textbooks) Oh God, I'm so sorry - I wasn't paying attention -

BOY: (kneeling, helping her pick up books) Hey no worries, accidents happen.

GIRL: (noticing BOY's mallet-bruised arms) Hey wow - those are some big bruises! You must get sent to the Spelling Mistress's office pretty often!

BOY: Heh, that's nothing. Check these out. (he rolls up one pants leg to reveal a long line of red welts)

GIRL: Oooohhhh!

BOY: The last time I got sent in she got really into it - threw away the mallet and grabbed this big pearl-handled whip! You should have seen the look on her face...(BOY's eyes become dreamily unfocused for a moment)

GIRL: Ahem!

Felonius is a VERY amusing boy.

Four days into the new year, and he's already on Santa's NAUGHTY LIST for Christmas 2005.
